Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Sky Money services operated by Sky Money LLC ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you disagree with any part of these terms, then you may not access our services.

Childcare Services

Enrollment and Registration

  • All children must be properly registered before receiving care
  • Complete and accurate information must be provided during enrollment
  • Required documentation (immunization records, emergency contacts) must be submitted
  • Enrollment is subject to availability and program requirements
  • We reserve the right to refuse service for any legitimate reason

Payment Terms

  • Payment is due in advance according to your selected payment schedule
  • Late payments may result in suspension of services
  • Returned checks incur additional fees
  • No refunds for missed days due to illness or vacation
  • Rate changes require 30 days written notice

Health and Safety Requirements

  • Children must be current on all required immunizations
  • Sick children may not attend to protect other children and staff
  • Parents must notify us of any contagious illnesses
  • Emergency medical treatment may be sought if parents cannot be reached
  • All staff are trained in first aid and CPR

Behavior and Discipline Policy

  • We use positive reinforcement and redirection techniques
  • Physical punishment is never used
  • Persistent behavioral issues will be addressed with parents
  • We reserve the right to terminate services for severe behavioral problems
  • Individual behavior plans may be developed as needed

App Sky Digital Services

Service Availability

  • App Sky is currently in development and not yet available
  • Beta testing opportunities may be offered to select users
  • Service availability and features may change during development
  • No guarantee of specific features or launch timeline
  • Early access is provided "as-is" without warranties

Data Ownership and Privacy

  • You retain ownership of all data you input into App Sky
  • Local storage is the default; cloud sync is optional
  • We do not sell or share your personal data
  • Data export tools will be provided
  • Account deletion removes all associated data

Acceptable Use

  • Use services only for lawful purposes
  • Do not attempt to hack, disrupt, or damage our systems
  • Respect intellectual property rights
  • Do not share account credentials with others
  • Report security vulnerabilities responsibly

Childcare Liability

  • We maintain comprehensive liability insurance as required by state law
  • Minor injuries are part of normal childhood activities and development
  • We are not liable for injuries resulting from a child's pre-existing conditions
  • Parents are responsible for providing accurate medical information
  • We follow all state licensing requirements and safety protocols

Digital Services Disclaimer

  • App Sky is provided "as-is" without warranties of any kind
  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service
  • Users are responsible for backing up their own data
  • We are not liable for data loss or corruption
  • Service may be modified or discontinued at any time

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sky Money LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

Our total liability for any claims arising from these services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the services in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Intellectual Property Rights

Our Content

  • Website design, logos, and branding are our property
  • Educational materials and curricula are proprietary
  • App Sky software and algorithms are protected by copyright
  • Unauthorized use or reproduction is prohibited
  • Fair use for educational purposes may be permitted

User Content

  • You retain ownership of content you create or upload
  • You grant us license to use content for service provision
  • You are responsible for ensuring you have rights to shared content
  • We may remove content that violates these terms
  • Children's artwork and creations remain their property

Termination

Termination by You

  • Childcare services require 2 weeks written notice
  • Digital services can be terminated immediately
  • Final payments are due upon termination
  • Data export should be completed before termination
  • Refunds are not provided for unused services

Termination by Us

  • We may terminate services for breach of these terms
  • Non-payment results in immediate service suspension
  • Safety concerns may result in immediate termination
  • 30 days notice will be provided when possible
  • Reasonable refunds may be provided for prepaid services

Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using our services, you also agree to our Privacy Policy.

  • Children's privacy is protected under COPPA regulations
  • Personal information is kept confidential and secure
  • Data sharing is limited to legal requirements and service provision
